Dry Time & Cure	1) Recoat time: 2-3 hours between coats 2) Light foot traffic is acceptable after 24 hours 3) Allow one week before exposing finish to rugs, cleaners, spills or heavy traffic
Maintenance	Use walk-off mats at all entrance doorways to keep dirt and grit to a minimum. Sweep or vacuum daily and damp wipe as needed with Dura Seal Hardwood Floor Cleaner.
Storage	Store at room temperature. If stored at high temperature, cool to room temperature before use. Keep from freezing. If frozen, slowly warm to room temperature and mix thoroughly before using.
Pot Life	THE FINISH/HARDENER MIX MUST BE USED WITHIN 4 HOURS AFTER IT IS MIXED. Product properties are diminished after 4 hours. The finish and hardener can only be mixed one time.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
A superior quality, high gloss polyurethane finish designed specifically for gymnasium floors. The DURA SEAL~ GYMTHANE Sealer and Finish System resists rubber marks and scuffing, is easily maintained and is certified by the Maple Flooring Manufacturers Association.

DIRECTIONS:
Preparation:

Properly prepare surface according to NOFMA OR NWFA approved methods. Screen using No.100 disc for final cut
Remove all dust with a broom and/or vacuum and tack surface with a clean cloth moistened with mineral spirits.

Sealer Application:

Apply one coat of GYMTHANE Sealer with a lambs wool applicator at a coverage rate of 500 square feet per gallon.
Allow to dry at least 8 hours.
Screen using No.100 disc.
Tack with a clean cloth moistened with mineral spirits to remove all dust.

Game Line Application:

Apply accordingly to label directions.
Allow to dry thoroughly.
Screen surface with a No.120 screen or finer.
Tack surface with a cloth dampened with mineral spirits to remove all dust.

Finish Application:

Apply first coat of GYMTHANE Finish 450 with a lambswool applicator at a coverage rate of 500 square feet per gallon.
Allow to dry at least 8 hours.
Screen with No.100 disc screen.
Tack with a clean cloth moistened with mineral spirits to remove all dust.
Apply a second coat of GYMTHANE Finish 450 in the same manner as the first.

We recommend Dura Seal Hardwood Floor Cleaner as the safe and effective cleaning product for all polyurethane coated surfaces. It has a unique soap-free, no rinse formula which will not harm polyurethane or varnished wood surfaces.
