I recently purchased Bona Traffic products. Not being much of an Installer and Refinisher in floors - I proceeded to completely screw up the finish all by myself! I messaged Andre and while it took him a long time to explain how to fix, he DID tell me how to fix all my screw-ups and didn't charge me a dime! He stands behind the products he sells and went WAAAAY out of his way to help me when he didn't have to since it was my fault! A total professional! Will definitely be buying more products from this website in the future!
